Children's Ministries
Children offer us a unique opportunity to view a human soul, unburdened by the worries, torments or years of life. The glimpses they offer us are some of the greatest gifts God give us. Questions like: "If Satan said he was sorry, would God forgive him?" challenge us to think and search and take more seriously our own relationship with God.
At Crossroads, we treasure these gifts, these young loves which God has entrusted to us. From re-structing our facilities to provide size and age-appropriate spaces, to bringing in little tables and chairs into the community eating areas, to celebrating the dancing of tiny feet in the center of the sanctuary on Sunday morning, the children in our midst have a unique and special place worshipping God at Crossroads - both in the midst of our community and on their own, in unashamed expressions of individual wonder and amazament.
God has also blessed us with an incredible ministry among the children in the community immediately surrounding our church building. At several points over the past few years, more kids have walked or biked to church on their own, than kids have ridden here with thier families because they have hungered for God. It has been a privilege for us to love these kids into our community, and through them, to then minister to their families and the schools they attend.
